Greetings.

My name is Lee Gee jeon, and I am honored to take up my post as the new Director of the Jeonbuk Museum of Art.

First and foremost, I wish to express my deepest respect and gratitude to every artist and art professional in our province who has worked to broaden the cultural and artistic horizons of our region.

Today, as I begin this new chapter at the museum with a profound sense of responsibility, I hope to work closely with you and join hands in shaping the future direction of our museum. The Jeonbuk Museum of Art aspires to become “an open museum where art is enjoyed and shared,” a place where the people of Jeonbuk and the artistic community can come together through art.
